Terms of Use
These terms cover StereoCam for iPhone. You get the app from the App Store, so Apple’s standard licence applies to it, as to every App Store app. This page sums up what that means for your purchases, plus a few words of our own.
1. What the app does
StereoCam films with two of your iPhone’s rear cameras at the same moment and saves side-by-side 3D photos and videos, which you can view and share as wiggles, cross-eye, parallel, red-cyan and spatial pictures.
2. Free shots, StereoCam Pro and payment
Your first few photos or videos are free (Settings shows how many are left). After that, and for the gallery, StereoCam needs StereoCam Pro. Monthly and Yearly renew every month or every year at the price shown before you confirm, until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid for. Lifetime is paid once and does not renew. Buying it does not cancel a running subscription, so cancel that yourself. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles every payment. StereoCam Pro isn’t shared through Family Sharing; each Apple Account buys its own.
3. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, or a longer warranty, these terms do not limit it.
4. Comfortable 3D viewing
Looking at cross-eye or parallel pictures takes a little practice. Keep the screen at arm’s length, and if your eyes get tired or sore, look away and rest them. Wiggle and Single views need no eye tricks at all.
5. Your data
The app collects nothing. Our Privacy Policy says the rest.
6. Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features. Lifetime covers the app as it exists in the version you can install; it is not a promise of future features.
7. No warranty beyond the law
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection of your own country still applies.
